Our goal is to take as little of your time as possible. Due to the nature of the industry in which we work, we must first obtain copies of the regulatory licenses along with the company profile. This information will be reviewed and you will be notified within 24 hours of receipt of the application. Requests for controlled drug purchases require more company information. |

The prices and availability change constantly and differ between regions of the world. No. Our success comes from being flexible in order to meet the needs of our diverse business clientele. We want to develop business with all qualified companies, so we do not put requirements on orders. Handling fees may apply in some instances and this will be clearly stated on the quotation. |

Once an order is submitted, how long before it is shipped? |

OWI works with a large network of manufacturers, wholesalers and distributors to secure the best pricing and availability. Basic products in standard quantities are typically shipped next day. Hard to find products or large quantities may take longer and we can provide you with an estimated delivery time. |
