Tony Harper

Originally from a farming family in rural Virginia, his strong independent work ethic and down-to-earth style have translated well in developing his entrepreneurial visions. Tony’s curiosity in other cultures has taken him to many countries where he has witnessed the effects of limited access to proper treatment. More so, as a stage IV cancer survivor he has personally experienced the distress of such a diagnosis. Presently, he serves on the Executive Advisory Board for Kennesaw State University’s Entrepreneur Center. He was educated at the University of South Carolina and subsequently completed an International Management Program at the Southern Center for International Studies.
Keith Watts, D.B.A.

He has held leadership positions in the pharmaceutical and health care industry for over 26 years. He has a successful track record leading teams, managing businesses (P&L), and developing corporate strategy for large and small pharma with US and international operations such as AstraZeneca, Schering-Plough, Ascio Pharmaceuticals, and KG Pharmaceuticals. Dr. Watts holds a BA in Finance from Morehead State University, an MBA in Marketing from the University of Memphis, and a DBA in healthcare economics from North Central University. As a former scholarship football player, Keith likes to maintain his fitness by joining in active adventures with his family.

Joseph Manno, M.D.

His leadership within the healthcare industry and business relationships in the investment community are integral to the growth of OWI. He brings substantial value with his technical knowledge of pharmaceuticals, disease treatment and innovative products and procedures. Dr. Manno received his undergraduate degree at Rutgers University and graduate degrees at University of Pennsylvania and University of Buffalo School of Medicine. He is a member of the American College of Surgeons, American Academy of Ophthalmology, Georgia Society of Ophthalmology, and the Medical Association of Georgia.

Katy Kleinmann

After earning her Baccalaureate in Alzey, Germany she completed a degree in hospitality management from the IHK in Frankfurt. In 2008, Katy moved to Atlanta to pursue an international management program and soon joined OWI. Being fluent in three languages she excels in building strong relationships with clients all over the world. If she is not horseback riding through the Georgia Mountains, you can find Katy whipping up a delicious vegetarian meal or swinging her boxing gloves in the gym.
Michele Smith

Prior to joining OWI, Michele spent many years in the healthcare industry working as an administrator in physician offices and as an Emergency Medical Technician. Originally from New Jersey, the passionate dog owner supports several animal rescue organizations and enjoys spending time at the coast.
Richard Fried
Richard FriedChief Financial Advisor
He has more than 40 years of diversified business management experience as well as extensive knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and international environments. Prior to joining OWI, Richard was part of the executive management teams at MediSphere Health Partners, SoloPak Pharmaceuticals, and Stiefel Laboratories. He earned a BA in Accounting from Florida State University and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) as well as a licensed Florida CPA.
Matthew Rycyk

He is a seasoned regulatory and quality control systems professional with over seven years of experience conducting numerous FDA audits and co-authoring both New Drug and Biologic License Applications. Companies he has been engaged with include Sciele Pharma, Shinogi, Dendreon, and Arbor Pharmaceuticals. He has also been working as Principal Consultant at DS Regulatory Affairs LLC for the last five years. Matt holds a BA in Animal Sciences from the University of Illinois, a certificate in Forensic Sciences from Northwestern University, a MS from the University of Georgia School of Pharmacy in Biomedical and Pharmaceutical Regulatory Affairs, and a Regulatory Affairs Certification from the Regulatory Affairs Professionals Society.
